Our practice
A practice that follows you off the mat.
Stillpoint isn't a fitness studio that does yoga — it's a yoga studio that happens to leave you stronger. Our six styles are chosen and sequenced for one purpose: to give you a body that moves easier and a mind that settles faster.
- Slow Vinyasa
Breath-led flow at a pace where alignment cues actually land. Welcoming to first-timers.
- Yin & Restorative
Long-held passive shapes with bolsters and blocks. Releases the fascia work the gym left behind.
- Hot 26
Heated room (95°F), classic 26-posture sequence. Detoxifying, full-body, no surprises.
- Prenatal
Pregnancy-modified yoga taught by a certified prenatal instructor. Every trimester welcome.
- Sound bath
45 minutes of crystal bowls + chimes over savasana. Pair with any class as a Sunday wind-down.
- Workshops & teacher training
Monthly deep-dives (inversions, breathwork, yoga philosophy) and a Yoga Alliance RYS-200 cohort each fall.

This week at Stillpoint
A schedule that fits your week.
Peek at the next seven days. Reserve a spot, drop in, or just show up — every class has a mat ready for you.
All classes drop-in friendly. Hold a mat — we’ll have one ready.
Inside the studio
Quiet, plant-filled, lit by hardwood floors.
Our East Austin flagship in pictures — the rituals you'll come back for.
Our students
The community that learns your name by visit two.
I came in convinced I wasn't flexible enough. Maren didn't correct me — she just gave me a block and said "start here." Two years later, the only thing I've actually changed is my mind.
I tried three other studios. This is the only one where the heat feels purposeful — not punishing. Theo's class is the highlight of my week.
Aria's prenatal class is the only hour all week where I feel like myself and like my baby is along for the ride at the same time. She's pure magic.
Questions, before your first class
What if I have never done yoga?
Then we'll see you in Beginner Foundations on Monday or Saturday morning. Tell the front desk it's your first class — we'll get you a mat, props, and a quick walkthrough before things start. No experience needed, no special clothes, no commitments. How does the first-class-free work?
Walk in (or reserve online) and tell us it's your first time. We'll set you up with a complimentary mat, towel, and water. The class is on us — no card on file, no auto-renewal, no sales pitch after. Just come back when you're ready. What should I bring?
Yourself, comfortable clothes you can move in, and a water bottle if you have one. Mats, props, and towels are all available at the studio. If you're joining a Hot 26 class, bring a change of clothes.Where do I park?
Free lot behind the studio (entrance off Cherrywood Lane). Street parking on East Side Ave is usually available. We're a 4-minute walk from the MetroRail East station. Is Hot 26 too intense for beginners?
It's heated, but it's not vigorous. The 26 postures are the same in every class, which means you'll know what's coming. We recommend hydrating well beforehand and listening to your body — savasana is always an option. Are you pregnancy-friendly?
Yes — our Prenatal Flow with Aria (Tue/Thu 10am) is taught by a certified RPYT and welcomes every trimester. Beginner Foundations, Slow Vinyasa, and Restorative are also pregnancy-modifiable; let your instructor know before class. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel any class up to 4 hours before start time at no charge. Within 4 hours, a single class credit is forfeited (memberships are unaffected). We never charge a no-show fee.Do you offer corporate or private sessions?
Yes — both. Corporate yoga packages start at $250/session for groups up to 12 (we'll come to your office). Private 1-on-1 sessions are $90/hour with any instructor. Email hello@stillpointyoga.example to set something up.
