Your first time

What to expect on day one.

Arrive 10 minutes before class. Tell the front desk it's your first time — we'll set you up with everything.

  1. Borrow a mat

    Mats, towels, blocks, bolsters, and blankets are all stocked. You don't need to bring anything.

  2. Tell your instructor

    A quick word at the door — any injuries, pregnancy, or things you want modifications for. They'll keep an eye on you.

  3. Take what fits, leave what doesn't

    Every pose has an option. Child's pose is always available. Savasana is its own class — there are no wrong answers.
